Will our treatments be at the same time?
If you are coming with family or a friend we try to ensure that treatments are at the same time where possible, though this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.

What time is lunch served?

Lunch is served between 12:30pm and 2pm in our Herb Garden Brasserie.

Do I have to book a time for lunch?
Yes, lunch time availability will be discussed with you at the time of booking. Please note, this is subject to change.

How deep is the pool?
Our vitality pool is 1.2 metres deep and 10 metres long.  It is a pool for floating and relaxing and not big enough to swim in.

How warm is the pool?
Our pool is heated to 35 degrees.

Do you offer membership?
We do not offer membership at the Spa.  This is to ensure we can manage the numbers in the Spa to make sure our guests receive a personalised service.

Can I come just to use the pool?
You can choose what you would like to use when enjoying the Spa however our minimum Spa package is our three hour Afternoon Spa from 3pm – 6pm from £75 per person.

Is there a smoking area?
There is a smoking area outside the hotel.

Do you do anything special for birthdays and other special occasions? 
We do have a little surprise during your stay when we are notified or birthdays and special occasions before arrival.

If I stay at the hotel, do I get spa access?

Spa access is not included in your hotel rate however we do offer a Residents Anytime package which includes two hours Spa at an exclusive price of £45 per person. This can be booked up to 48 hours before your arrival. Please contact the spa for more details on all spa packages for additional information.

If I book a treatment, do I get spa access?
You do not automatically get Spa access when booking a treatment but we do offer fabulous spa packages which also include treatments or added spa time for those having treatments with us.

What is your Spa cancellation policy?

Where cancellation of your booking takes place a 50% refund will be offered if notice is given 7 days prior to your visit/appointment. If cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to your visit/appointment, then no refund will be given. Requests to change bookings made 7 days prior to your visit/appointment may be offered but please note these are subject to a £20 admin fee and cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to change the date of bookings within 7 days of arrival and these will be deemed as a cancellation and no refund will be given.

Do you allow carers or companions to accompany guests with access needs?

Yes. Spa Welcomes all guests and are Committed to providing an inclusive, supportive environment. Ifguest reqires  a carer or companion for access or wellbeign, we are pleased to offer the following 

  • Complimentary access will be provided if the carer is attending soley in a support capacity and does not intend touse the spa facilities. this includes non participation in treatments, thermal areas, chaning areas and lockers. Carers in this role are welcome to relax in our spa lounge and relaxation area, so they remain comfortably nearby.
  • If tthe carere wishes to use the facilities or enjoy the spa experience alongside the guest, our standard access charges will apply.

We kindly ask that guests inform us in advance if they will be attending with carer, so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyabe visit.
