Cancellation Policy

Where cancellation of your booking takes place a 50% refund will be offered if notice is given 7 days prior to your visit/appointment. If cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to your visit/appointment, then no refund will be given. Requests to change bookings made 7 days prior to your visit/appointment may be offered but please note these are subject to a £20 admin fee and cannot be guarenteed. We are unable to change the date of bookings within 7 days of arrival and these will be deemed as a cancellation and no refund will be given.

Bookings & Gift Vouchers

Full pre-payment of the package value is required at the time of reservation in order to make a confirmed booking.  Payment can be made via credit card, debit card or gift voucher.

Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment against the value of your reservation. Where a gift voucher is being used as part or full payment, the voucher number must be provided in order to confirm payment.  Any vouchers redeemed must be presented to the reception team on the day of the visit.

Unless explicitly stated all prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and will not be adjusted should this rate be amended.

No refunds either in part or full can be processed for early departure.

Gift voucher purchases are non refundable.

The lead booker is responsible for the entire reservation, including group bookings made up of multiple guests.

Ye Olde Bell Spa takes precautions to try to ensure that information contained in booking confirmations is correct. However, in the unlikely event of error, the terms of the agreement are those agreed at the time of the booking. Customers are therefore requested to check the accuracy of booking confirmations thoroughly and contact Ye Olde Bell Spa if there are any discrepancies.

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to offer an alternative date of visit or specific detail such as lunch time, treatment time or may need to cancel a reservation. In this instance, a full refund will be made regardless of date.

Third party Reservations

We are unable to amend, cancel or refund reservations made via third parties e.g., Spabreaks.com or Virgin Experience Days. Please contact the party with who the reservation was originally made to discuss the terms of your booking.


Ye Olde Bell Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any vehicle or the contents therein, howsoever caused, whilst parked within the grounds.


We take every care to ensure that at the time of going to print, the details in our literature were accurate regarding the description and information about facilities available or planned to be available. Our photographs are intended for general guidance only.  There may be occasions when advertised services or facilities need to be withdrawn temporarily due to repair, adverse weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

Damage and Removal of Items

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to Ye Olde Bell Spa’s property or structure.  If such damage is discovered during the stay, it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if identified after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address.
