Tasting Menu Takeover led by our Banqueting Chef, Nigel. Known for his refined approach to flavour, precision in technique, and passion for seasonal ingredients, Chef Nigel will take over the kitchen to present a thoughtfully designed multi-course tasting menu created exclusively for this event.

This one-off dining experience places Chef Nigel at the centre of the kitchen, where he will personally design and cook each course, showcasing the creativity and expertise that define his culinary style.
