If I stay at the hotel, do I get spa access?
Spa access is not included in your hotel rate however we do offer a Residents Anytime package which includes two hours Spa at an exclusive price of £45 per person. This can be booked up to 48 hours before your arrival. Please contact the spa for more details on all spa packages for additional information.
If I book a treatment, do I get spa access?
What is your Spa cancellation policy?
Where cancellation of your booking takes place a 50% refund will be offered if notice is given 7 days prior to your visit/appointment. If cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to your visit/appointment, then no refund will be given. Requests to change bookings made 7 days prior to your visit/appointment may be offered but please note these are subject to a £20 admin fee and cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to change the date of bookings within 7 days of arrival and these will be deemed as a cancellation and no refund will be given.
